Managing Salespersons

Overview

The Sales People Form allows you to efficiently add and manage salesperson details, including names, contact information, roles, and commissions. Accessible under the People tab, this form serves as a centralized hub for maintaining accurate information about your sales team.

1. Add Salesperson Details

  1. Go to the People tab.
  2. Click on the Sales People menu.
  3. Fill in the required information in the Sales People Form, including:
    • Name: Enter the salesperson's name.
    • Contact Information: Provide the salesperson's contact details.
    • Commission: Enter the commission percentage for the salesperson.
    • Add any additional relevant information.

2. View Sales People Report

  1. Access the Sales People report to view a list of all registered salespersons.
  2. Update customer information as needed by editing the existing entry.
  3. Customize the view by filtering the report based on specific criteria such as name, contact information or commission.

Additional Tips

  • Ensure accurate details to facilitate effective communication.
  • Utilize the Sales People Report to have an overview of your sales team.
  • Use the Sales by Sales Person report located under the Reports Tab for better performance tracking.
