Creating and Managing Estimates


Estimates help you provide customers with a detailed breakdown of services, including customer details, service name, service date and it's related details. You can easily convert estimates into service bookings and track them efficiently.

1. Create a New Estimate

  1. Go to the Bookings tab in the main navigation menu.
  2. Click on the Estimate menu within the Bookings tab.
  3. Fill in the required details, such as:
    • Customer: Select the customer from the list or add a new customer.
    • Service Name: Specify the name of the service.
    • Service Date: Choose the date for the service.
    • Add any additional relevant information.

2. View Created Estimates

  1. Access the Estimate Report to view a list of all created estimates.

3. Approve or Cancel an Estimate

  1. To convert the estimate into a service booking, click the Approve button.
  2. To cancel the estimate, use the Cancel button.

Additional Tips

  • Provide as much detail as possible in the estimate to avoid confusion.
  • Ensure that the customer details are accurate.
  • Regularly check the Service Booking Report for an overview of all scheduled services.
