Creating and Managing Company Details


Overview

The Company report is a comprehensive database that stores crucial details about a Company. This includes their name, email, phone number, and related information, this report provides a centralized view for effective management.

1. Add Company Details

  1. Fill in the required information in the Company's Form, including:
    • Company Name: Enter the person's name.
    • Email: Provide the person's email address details.
    • Mobile Number: Include the person's contact number.
    • Company Type: Type of the Company
    • Direction: Inbound / Outbound to specify Material Submission and Project Submission
    • Add any additional relevant information.


2. View Companies Reports

  1. Access the Companies report to view a list of all companies.
  2. Update company information as needed by editing the existing entry.
  3. Customize the view by filtering the report based on specific criteria such as Reference ID, company, or mobile number etc.



Additional Tips

  • Ensure accurate details to maintain effective communication.
  • Utilize the Company Report to have an overview of all Companies details including their projects and materials.
