Creating and Managing Persons Details


Overview

The Persons report is a comprehensive database that stores crucial details about content submitters. This includes their name, email, phone number, and profession. Whether they are writers, artists, or contributors, this report provides a centralized view for effective management.

1. Add Person Details

  1. Fill in the required information in the Person's Form, including:
    • Name: Enter the person's name.
    • Email: Provide the person's email address details.
    • Mobile Number: Include the person's contact number.
    • Type: Writer / Artist / Submitter.
    • Add any additional relevant information.

2. View Person Reports

  1. Access the Persons () report to view a list of all registered persons.
  2. Update persons information as needed by editing the existing entry.
  3. Customize the view by filtering the report based on specific criteria such as name, address, or mobile number.
