App Settings

1. Company Details


Overview

The Company Details report allows you to configure and manage essential information about your company. Accessible under the Settings menu, this form serves as a centralized hub for storing key details such as company name, logo, address, commission percentage, and custom address format for various templates.

1. Add or Edit Company Details

  1. Go to the Settings menu.
  2. Click on the Company Details option
  3. Fill in the required information in the Company Details Form, including:
    • Company Name: Enter the name of your company.
    • Logo: Upload a company logo with the preferred size of 200(W)x75(H) px.
    • Address: Provide the company's physical address.
    • Commission Percentage: Set the default commission percentage for services (by default 100% will be pre-populated). This commission percentage will be used in the service booking invoice commissions.
    • Custom Address Format: Specify the address format for estimates, service bookings, invoices, and payment templates.



2. View and Edit Company Details

  1. Access the Company Details Report under the Settings menu to view a list of all added company details.
  2. Edit existing entries as needed.

  • Ensure accurate details to maintain a professional image.
  • Regularly review and update company details to reflect any changes.
  • Utilize the custom address format for personalized communication in estimates, service bookings, invoices, and payment templates.


2. Auto Numbers for Transactions


Overview

The Auto Numbers Form allows you to configure and manage automatic numbering series for Estimates, Service Bookings, Invoices, and Payments. Accessible under the Settings menu, this form serves as a centralized hub for customizing auto number sequences for various document types.

1. Configure Auto Number Series

  1. Fill in the required information in the Auto Numbers Form, including:
    • Form Name: Select the form name from the drop-down as Estimate / Service Booking / Invoice etc...
    • Serial Number Prefix: Enter the prefix value for the auto number. i.e: if Invoice then INV.
    • Serial Number: Configure the starting auto number.
Note: Upon filling the Company Details Form for the first time, the initial configuration of Auto Numbers will be automatically populated.

2. View and Edit Auto Numbers

  1. Access the Auto Number report under the Settings menu to view a list of all auto numbers.
  2. Edit existing entries as needed.




Additional Tips

  • Customize auto number series to align with your organizational preferences.
  • Regularly review and update auto number configurations to meet changing needs.
  • Utilize the Auto Numbers Report for an overview and easy editing.


3. Configuring Week Days


Overview

The Week Days Settings Form allows you to customize and configure the week days which will be displayed in various parts of the system for the selected, including Estimates, Service Bookings, Service Booking Reports accessed from the dashboard bookings, and leaves management.

1. Customize Week Day Configuration

  1. Go to the Settings menu.
  2. Click on the Week Days Settings option.
  3. Fill in the required information in the Week Days Settings Form, including:
    • Week Day: Define the week day name. e.g: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, etc.
    • Week Day Label: Configure reference label for the weekday.
    • Week Day No: Order of the Weekday
Note: Upon filling the Company Details Form for the first time, the initial configuration of Week days Setting will be automatically populated.

2. View and Edit Week Days Settings

  1. Access the Week Days Setting report under the Settings menu to view a list of all week days configured
  2. Edit existing entries as needed.




4. Booking Modes


Overview

The Booking Modes Form allows you to customize and manage the various modes through which service bookings are made. Accessible under the Settings menu

1. Configure Booking Modes

  1. Go to the Settings menu.
  2. Click on the Booking Modes option.
  3. Fill in the required information in the Booking Modes Form, including:
    • Mode Name: Specify the name of the booking mode (e.g., Phone, Google, Facebook).
    • Add any additional relevant information.

2. View Booking Modes Report

  1. Access the Booking Modes Report under the Settings menu to view a list of all configured booking modes.
  2. Edit existing entries as needed.





5. Payment Modes


Overview

The Payment Modes Form allows you to configure and manage the various modes of payment accepted for services. Accessible under the Settings menu, this form serves as a central hub for setting up payment modes such as Cash, Card, Online, and more.

1. Configure Payment Modes

  1. Go to the Settings menu.
  2. Click on the Payment Modes option.
  3. Fill in the required information in the Payment Modes Form, including:
    • Mode Name: Specify the name of the payment mode (e.g., Cash, Card, Online).
    • Collect Transaction ID: Check the box if you collect transaction IDs for the respective payment mode.
    • Add any additional relevant information.

2. View Payment Modes Report

  1. Access the Payment Modes report under the Settings menu to view a list of all configured payment modes.
  2. Edit existing entries as needed.
